Rakesh Nair is a seasoned business leader with over 25 years of experience driving strategic growth and operational excellence across dynamic industries. As Director of Sathi Plus, he combines deep technical expertise, strategic foresight, and decisive leadership to deliver sustained, measurable impact.

Holding an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and advanced training in Managerial Negotiations from Harvard University, Rakesh excels at aligning technology, talent, and processes to create high-performing, future-ready organizations. His collaborative yet results-oriented approach fosters innovation while maintaining a relentless focus on long-term value.

Throughout his career, Rakesh has spearheaded transformative initiatives that optimize operations, empower teams, and position companies to thrive in competitive landscapes. Dr. Pratik Jain is a double–board-certified psychiatrist based in New York, dedicated to providing comprehensive, compassionate, and evidence-based mental health care. With extensive training across multiple subspecialties, Dr. Jain is committed to guiding individuals and families through their mental wellness journeys with empathy, expertise, and respect.

Dr. Jain completed his psychiatry residency at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center and Flushing Hospital in Queens, NY. He further advanced his clinical training through a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA, followed by specialized training in Forensic Psychiatry at Yale University in New Haven, CT.

With more than a decade of clinical experience, Dr. Jain has successfully treated a wide range of mental health conditions in patients spanning all ages—from young children to older adults. His approach centers on creating a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment where individuals can openly discuss their concerns and receive personalized, high-quality care.

Dr. Jain upholds the highest standards of patient confidentiality and uses a HIPAA-secure electronic medical record system protected by advanced, encrypted multi-step authentication, ensuring privacy and security at every level of care.

Dr. Unnikrishnan N. Thampy is a highly experienced and respected internist based in New Hyde Park, New York, with more than 20 years of dedicated service in adult primary care and internal medicine. He is affiliated with several leading hospitals in the region, including Greenwich Hospital and North Shore University Hospital at Northwell Health, where he collaborates closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Dr. Thampy earned his medical degree from the renowned Stanley Medical College (SMC), where he developed a strong foundation in clinical medicine. Over the course of his career, he has cultivated deep expertise in managing a broad spectrum of adult health conditions, including coronary artery disease, hypertension, high blood pressure, rheumatoid arthritis, and other complex chronic illnesses. His approach emphasizes early detection, preventive care, and personalized treatment strategies tailored to each patient’s unique health needs.

Known for his attentive listening, compassionate demeanor, and commitment to medical excellence, Dr. Thampy is consistently recommended by patients for his thorough evaluations and collaborative approach to wellness. He is dedicated to building long-term relationships with his patients and helping them achieve healthier, more fulfilling lives through evidence-based care and ongoing support.

Luke is a licensed psychotherapist, having earned his MSW from Columbia University and MS in Ed. from the University of Pennsylvania, as well a licensed personal trainer, having earned his certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He is also a professor of psychosomatic medicine, a course that focuses on the mind and body connection, at Pace University.

Wendell, Our mental health peer specialist earned his certification from LaGuardia Community College and specializes in one-on-one counseling, couple's counseling, and social service advocacy.

Dr. Mayank Patel is a pediatrician in Floral Park, New York and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including Cohen Children's Medical Center and Flushing Hospital Medical Center.
